Pricing & Payments

• An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped primarily through DTDC Courier Services.
• If DTDC does not serve your location, an alternative courier partner may be used.
• Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or through the order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

• All products purchased from Raghavendra Textiles are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
• No Return will be accepted after delivery.
• No Exchange will be provided for size, color preference, change of mind, or any other personal preference.
• Customers are advised to carefully check the product details, size, measurements, color, and other information before placing an order.

Damage, Defect & Incorrect Product Claims

• In the unlikely event that a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must provide proof of the issue.
• A continuous, unedited 360° opening/unboxing video is MANDATORY for any damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect-product claim.
• The video must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, opening of the package, and the complete product without any cuts or interruptions.
• Claims submitted without a proper 360° unboxing/opening video may not be considered.
• If the claim is verified and found to be genuine, Raghavendra Textiles will provide an appropriate solution at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability

• Raghavendra Textiles shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential damages, delivery delays, or failures caused by third-party courier or service providers.
• We will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine product-related issues in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and the State of Andhra Pradesh.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
