1. No Return & No Exchange

   • We follow a strict no return and no exchange policy for all products.

2. Damaged Products

   • If you receive a damaged product, you must provide a proper opening video of the parcel.

   • Only if the video clearly shows damage during unboxing will the return or replacement be accepted.

3. Refund Timeline

   • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Non-eligible Items

   • Products without unboxing proof.

   • Used or altered products.
